I struggled with giving this product a 4 star or a 5 star. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is good quality, performs as expected with the light-blocking and thermal aspects. However, when I first received it there were 'rings' in the fabric from some residue that was on the grommets. I was very upset, not wanting to have to return the items to China, but my husband discovered that it would mostly just wipe off with a clean cloth. Had I chosen to take them to the laundromat, I'm sure it would have come out completely. After wiping them down, the rings were so faint they were not noticeable unless one knew to look for them. I am happy with the end result and am giving 4 stars only because of the residue from the grommets on the curtains. I would purchase from this company again.Update: June 2020-Ordered 10 more panels and there were no problems with the grommet residue this time. The quality is good and they are exactly what I ordered. I received them so QUICKLY! Plus, they are so much more affordable than anything else I've been able to find for the size that I needed. I'm changing my review to 5 stars based on my latest purchase.Absolutely love them. I wanted a simple but elegant look and was able to achieve that look with these curtains without spending too much. The quality exceeded my expectations and the color was spot on. Best price point anywhere.I purchased the Navy Blue Macochico Extra Long Curtains (168inches). I thought I needed to spend hundreds more for curtains to fit my large window, until I found these. I spent a lot of time comparing different products, and I'm very happy I chose this curtain/company. They are great quality, thick fabric, and the color I expected.More importantly, their customer service has been excellent. They answered all my questions before and after the purchase, and quickly! I am ordering another pair in beige, and will definitely order from them again when it's time to switch up my curtains.Color was fabulous. I ordered three different lengths, all were accurate. Thank you SOO much for helping me make my loft space beautiful!What a wonderful surprise to open our curtain and have a bag of face masks in there while we are all home bound for the COVID. These are sold out everywhere, we are resorting to wearing bandana to the grocery store. You sent these from China, to us in the US, and that is a very nice and kindhearted gesture to do. Again, THANK YOU! Our family of 9 really really really appreciates this.The quality of these curtains was amazing. I was really shocked considering the price. While they don’t completely black out the light, I do notice a difference in the heat coming through the window when the curtains are closed. I absolutely recommend. When I priced having curtains made for these 15’ ceilings, I would have spent hundreds more.Love love love them..Nice curtains but really poor packaging. Grommets should have been covered with paper or plastic to prevent straining of the curtains during shipment. Basically, the curtains are stained throughout because of this.The curtains were okay, but took a chance on the colour and turned out we didn’t like it.It cost $23 to ship them back, so we won’t take that chance again.
