UPDATED 8/26/22, I WENT ONLINE AND FOUND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT FOR THE COMPANY. I EMAILED AND WITHIN 24 HRS HAD A RESPONSE AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE MISSING PIECES ARRIVED. CHANGED TO 5 STARS AS WE REALLY DO LIKE OUR CHAIRS AND THEY HAVE HELD UP GREAT WITH DAILY USE FOR OVER TWO YEARS(THE FIRST SET OBVIOUSLY.) WE HAVE HAD OUR FIRST SET OF THESE CHAIRS FOR 2 YEARS AND WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. JUST ORDERED A SECOND SET AND ONE CHAIR IS MISSING THE FRONT LEG INSERT AND ASSOCIATED SCREW IN PIECE (FRONT LEGS ADJUST). THERE IS NO PAPERWORK INCLUDED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE INFO. WE REALLY WANT TO KEEP THE CHAIRS BUT WE NEED THE TWO LITTLE PIECES IN ORDER FOR THIS CHAIR TO BE USABLE.Nice chairs for the priceNice chairs! I bought the teal color. Chairs are sturdy and easy to assemble. Quality is surprisingly good!Very comfortable, style chairs. Would def buy again!These are really nice chairs. They look and feel good. Easy to assemble. We ordered the green and would have loved them to be a bit more green. But overall we are very happy with our purchase. The customer service is also great! We were missing all the hardware in the first shipment and they sent them to us within 2 days.
